History

Founded in 1983 by Michael J. Weinzierl, PGC has grown steadily from a home-based operation to a full-service printing, creative, fulfillment, and mailing company. In 2004, PGC moved from its long-time Cranberry Township location to a 16,500 square foot building in the Sewickley region. It employs more than 25 employees and serves more than 200 clients.

In 2008, PGC achieved Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain-of-Custody certification, making it one of only a handful of printers in western Pennsylvania to hold this distinction. This certification demonstrates PGC’s commitment to sustaining the environment for future generations.

We’ve been very happy with PGC handling our open enrollment packages. They’re very responsive when we have packet requests. It’s not unusual for one of our sales reps to call us in the morning and say, ‘I need 100 kits and they need to be overnighted to this company today,’ and PGC says, ‘OK, we’ll get them done. We’ll get them out.’ I recommended them to one of our other departments and they are now using PGC, too.

We use PGC for invitations, special marketing pieces, business cards-a wide variety of things. They’ve been really good on the creative side; always coming up with some very nice design concepts. And they are ideas that are cost saving, too. I don’t have to worry that what they suggest will be something over the top. They keep our budget in mind and really go out of their way for us. I’d definitely recommend them-and I have.

Professional Graphic Communications in Sewickley continually provides fantastic service at competitive prices.  Their dedicated team of professionals always go the extra mile for my projects.  I hold them in the highest regard and consider them a true partner.

We’ve been using PGC for more than 10 years. In that time, they’ve been very professional, efficient and accommodating. Not only have they saved us money on our printing costs, but they’ve also provided a level of service and support that has allowed us to better serve our customers. I would attribute much of this to Mike Weinzierl, the owner, who makes sure that our needs are met on a timely basis-which is why we continue to do business with them.
